The year 2020 and 2021 have not been easy on so many people globally and the number of people going without two or even one meal a day has only increased as income streams have reduced.
Out of the eight billion people on the planet, a striking one billion are living in extreme poverty. Or one in 10 persons suffers from hunger.

On one side when the world is abounding with wealth and resources, more than 820 million people suffer from hunger- in other words, one in nine people on the planet are undernourished. No-one can be denied the right to food. And towards this worthy cause, every tiny step, though like a drop in the ocean, is extremely valuable. I commend the great ideation and the grand cause that ‘Thank-u-meal has adopted to serving people on the earth.
